Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Developer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade, cloud-native applications for a US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) platform.
This role focuses on ASP.NET Core, MVC, microservices, REST APIs, full-stack development, AI/ML integration, GenAI, Agentic AI, and RPA-enabled workflows.
You will work on end-to-end RCM workflows including Claims, Prior Authorization, Scheduling, Coding, Collections, Payments, Denials, AR, and EDI, ensuring applications are scalable, secure, and performance-optimized.
You will collaborate with Product, UI/UX, Data, AI/ML, RPA, DevOps, and Compliance teams, providing technical expertise and delivering high-quality, maintainable software solutions.
Job Roles & Responsibilities
Application Development & Full-Stack Engineering:
- Develop enterprise-level applications using ASP.NET Core, MVC, Blazor, C#, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript (React/Angular).
- Implement RESTful and GraphQL APIs for internal and external integrations.
- Design modular, reusable, and maintainable code following software design patterns and best practices.
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability, supporting high-volume RCM workflows.
AI/ML & Automation Enablement:
- Collaborate with AI/ML, GenAI, and RPA teams to integrate predictive analytics, autonomous agents, and intelligent workflows.
- Implement Python/ML pipeline integrations, API endpoints, and dashboards for AI-powered features.
- Ensure smooth RPA and multi-agent orchestration integration within software modules.
Cloud & DevOps Collaboration:
- Develop cloud-native solutions using AWS, Azure, or GCP, leveraging serverless and containerized architectures.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to implement CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, and monitoring.
- Ensure HIPAA, SOC 2, and internal security compliance in software design and deployment.
Data, Analytics & Big Data Integration:
- Work with data engineers and analysts to integrate applications with databases, warehouses, and analytics platforms (SQL Server, Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery).
- Ensure applications handle real-time and batch data processing, supporting AI/ML and operational workflows.
- Implement logging, monitoring, and secure data access for audit readiness and regulatory compliance.
Testing, Quality & Documentation:
- Write unit, integration, and API tests following TDD/BDD practices.
- Document application architecture, code, API endpoints, and technical specifications.
- Provide guidance to junior developers on coding standards, best practices, and code reviews.
Collaboration & Mentorship:
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, AI/ML engineers, product managers, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers, sharing expertise in full-stack development, cloud-native architecture, and AI/RPA integration.
- Act as a technical escalation point for complex development challenges.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
- 6–10+ years of experience in enterprise software development, with strong expertise in ASP.NET Core, MVC, and full-stack development.
- Hands-on experience with microservices, REST APIs, GraphQL, and event-driven architectures.
- Proven experience integrating AI/ML, GenAI, Agentic AI, and RPA workflows into software applications.
- Experience with cloud-native development, serverless architectures, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of Healthcare RCM workflows, EDI transactions, and regulatory compliance (HIPAA/SOC 2) preferred.

- Databases & Big Data: SQL Server, Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, Spark
- Messaging & Microservices: Kafka, RabbitMQ, Event-driven architecture
- Testing & Quality: Unit testing, integration testing, API testing, TDD/BDD
- Security & Compliance: HIPAA, SOC 2, RBAC, audit logging, data encryption
- Collaboration & Versioning: Git, Jira, Confluence, Miro, Slack
