Position Overview
We are seeking a SWG Lead to own, lead, and architect end-to-end software development for a cloud-native US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) platform.
This expert-level role requires deep experience in ASP.NET Core, MVC, microservices, REST/GraphQL APIs, AI/ML, GenAI, Agentic AI, autonomous agents, RPA, and cloud-native architectures. You will be responsible for delivering scalable, secure, and performance-optimized software systems supporting Claims, Prior Authorization, Scheduling, Coding, Collections, Payments, Denials, AR, and EDI workflows. You will lead a team of developers, mentor engineers, define architecture best practices, and collaborate with Product, Data, AI/ML, RPA, DevOps, UX/UI, and Compliance teams to deliver next-generation healthcare applications.
Job Roles & Responsibilities
Software Architecture & Development Leadership:
- Lead the design, development, and optimization of ASP.NET Core MVC applications, microservices, and APIs.
- Architect scalable, modular, and maintainable backend systems supporting AI-driven workflows, autonomous agents, and multi-agent orchestration.
- Ensure high availability, fault tolerance, and low-latency performance for mission-critical RCM modules.
- Define and enforce coding standards, design patterns, and architecture best practices for the software team.
AI/ML & Automation Enablement:
- Collaborate with AI/ML, GenAI, and RPA teams to integrate predictive analytics, autonomous workflows, and intelligent bots into software solutions.
- Implement Python/ML pipelines, API endpoints, and dashboard integrations for AI-powered features.
- Ensure seamless integration of RPA bots, AI agents, and multi-agent orchestration into software modules.
Full-Stack & Front-End Oversight:
- Collaborate with UI/UX teams to implement user-friendly, responsive, and accessible interfaces (web and mobile) for complex RCM workflows.
- Ensure efficient front-end integration with MVC, Razor pages, Blazor, or SPA frameworks (React/Angular) and backend APIs.
Cloud, DevOps & CI/CD:
- Oversee cloud-native deployments using AWS, Azure, or GCP, leveraging serverless and containerized architectures.
- Work with DevOps teams to implement CI/CD pipelines, container orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes), monitoring, and automated deployments.
- Monitor cloud costs, optimize resources, and ensure compliance with HIPAA and SOC 2 regulations.
Data, Big Data & API Integration:
- Lead integration with databases, data warehouses, and analytics platforms such as Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, and Spark.
- Ensure APIs and services efficiently handle real-time and batch data processing for RCM and AI/ML workflows.
- Enable audit-ready logging, secure data access, and performance monitoring.
Team Leadership & Mentorship:
- Lead, mentor, and manage senior, mid-level, and junior developers across backend, front-end, and AI/ML integration teams.
- Conduct code and architecture reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices, security, and performance standards.
- Promote knowledge sharing, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate with Product, Operations, Data, AI/ML, RPA, and Compliance teams to ensure alignment of software solutions with business goals.
- Act as a technical escalation point for complex issues in development, deployment, and integrations.
- Communicate architecture decisions, software roadmaps, and technical trade-offs to leadership and stakeholders.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
- 10–15+ years of experience in enterprise software development, with 5+ years in a leadership/architect role.
- Strong experience in ASP.NET Core, MVC, Blazor, C#, and backend development.
- Proven expertise in microservices, REST/GraphQL APIs, cloud-native architectures, and containerization.
- Experience integrating AI/ML, GenAI, Agentic AI, autonomous agents, and RPA workflows into enterprise software.
- Hands-on experience with databases, Big Data pipelines, analytics integration, and cloud platforms.
- Familiarity with healthcare RCM workflows, EDI transactions, and regulatory compliance (HIPAA/SOC 2) is highly preferred.

- RPA & Automation: UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Python or .NET-based bot integration
- Data & Analytics: SQL Server, Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, Spark, ETL pipelines
- Messaging & Microservices: Kafka, RabbitMQ, Event-driven architecture
- Testing & Quality: Unit testing, integration testing, API testing, TDD/BDD practices
- Security & Compliance: HIPAA, SOC 2, RBAC, data encryption, audit logging
- Collaboration & Versioning: Git, Jira, Confluence, Miro, Slack
Skillset:
- Strong software architecture, design patterns, and coding expertise in ASP.NET Core/MVC ecosystems.
- Ability to integrate AI/ML, GenAI, autonomous agents, and RPA workflows into software products.
