Executive – Customer Service

Position Overview

As a Executive – Customer Service, you will be responsible to communicate with consumers of healthcare and telecommunication providers in the United States to collect on overdue and unpaid bills. As a collection specialist, you will be responsible for calling consumers on phone and negotiating for the overdue payment on behalf of the client.

Requirements

  • The biggest skills a debt collector needs, is the ability to communicate well and keep information organized
  • Good negotiation skills and interpersonal skills
  • Maturity, honesty, integrity and a strong sense of ethics
  • The ability to remain calm in stressful situations
  • Patience and understanding
  • To be persuasive, persistent and firm, yet customer centric

Job Role

  • Utilize effective verbal communication and customer service skills while communicating with the customers
  • Communicate professionally and regularly with leadership and peers
  • Excellent convincing skills
  • Blended Call (inbound/ outbound) environment
  • Document all actions taken on each account, update customer information such as phone numbers, e-mail, and address.
  • Ability to meet collections target
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
