Executive – Complaints Investigation

Job Roles

  • Investigation of internal and external complaints and providing feedback.
  • Conducting daily/weekly briefing and review sessions.
  • Conducting trainings for on-floor/ in-training agents to improve compliance.
  • Reviewing and tracking completion of root cause analysis and action plan
  • Provides actionable data to various internal support groups as needed.
  • Prepare and analyze internal and external compliance reports for management staff review.
  • Acts as a Subject Matter Expert

Candidate Requirements 

  • Minimum of 3 years of international voice (USA) BPO experience
  • Minimum of 1 year of Collections experience – Voice
  • Should be comfortable working in night shifts
  • Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Should have good presentation skills
  • Should have basic MS Office skills (Excel, PPT & Word) & interpersonal skills
  • Should have the ability to execute policies, processes and procedures of the organization
  • Should be good at multitasking; able to consistently execute and complete the tasks
    within stringent deadlines
