Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior SQL Developer to lead the design, development, and optimization of data pipelines and cloud database solutions for a US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) platform.

This role will own microservices integrations, AI/Agentic AI workflows, RPA pipelines, and Snowflake data architecture, supporting Claims, Prior Authorization, Scheduling, Coding, Collections, and EDI. You will ensure high-performance, compliance-ready, and audit-ready data solutions across the platform.

Job Roles & Responsibilities

Database & Cloud Data Leadership:

• Lead development of SQL Server and Snowflake databases, including stored procedures, views, functions, and triggers.
• Architect ETL/ELT pipelines for cloud and on-premise systems supporting microservices, AI/ML, RPA, and Agentic AI workflows.
• Optimize query performance, indexing, and cloud warehouses for high-volume, real-time, and batch processing.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across RCM modules: Claims, Prior Authorization, Scheduling, Coding, Collections, and EDI

Microservices & Integration Oversight:

• Design and validate data interactions across microservices, APIs, and messaging pipelines (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• Ensure transactional consistency, error handling, and logging in distributed systems.
• Oversee integration testing and data quality checks for real-time and batch workflows.

AI/Agentic AI, GenAI & RPA Support:

• Collaborate with AI/ML, GenAI, and Agentic AI teams to design data pipelines for training, testing, and production.
• Validate agent-driven decisions and RPA outputs at the database level.
• Ensure datasets are compliant, accurate, and ready for predictive analytics and automation.

EDI, Reporting & Analytics:

• Lead EDI processing and validation (837, 835, 270/271, 276/277, 278) for claims, payments, and prior authorization.
• Develop advanced SQL/Snowflake reports, dashboards, and analytics for product, business, and compliance teams.
• Support ad-hoc and complex queries to troubleshoot cross-module workflows.

Compliance & Governance:

• Ensure HIPAA, SOC 2, and internal compliance policies are enforced in all data processes.
• Maintain audit trails, PHI masking, and role-based access.
• Document database designs, ETL processes, integration flows, and microservices interactions.

Mentorship & Team Leadership:

• Mentor junior SQL developers and support QA, RPA, and AI/ML teams on data best practices.
• Lead code reviews, performance tuning, and release readiness for complex workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven product improvements.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 6–10+ years of experience in SQL development, Snowflake, and cloud database management, preferably in US Healthcare / RCM.
• Hands-on experience with microservices, REST APIs, and event-driven architectures.
• Strong knowledge of ETL/ELT, Snowflake, SQL Server, T-SQL, stored procedures, views, and triggers.
• Experience in AI/ML, GenAI, Agentic AI, and RPA data integration is a plus.
• Proven track record in EDI integration, reporting, and performance optimization.
• Knowledge of HIPAA, SOC 2, and healthcare compliance regulations.

• Cloud / DevOps Awareness: AWS, Azure, GCP, CI/CD for database changes
• AI/Agentic AI / RPA: Data preparation, validation, and integration
• Compliance: HIPAA, SOC 2, PHI masking, audit trails.

  Skillset:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for distributed, microservices-driven data workflows.
• Ability to lead end-to-end SQL and Snowflake database design for complex healthcare RCM modules.
• Experience mentoring junior developers and collaborating across QA, AI/ML, RPA, and product teams.
• Excellent communication and compliance-first mindset.
• High attention to detail, ownership, and strategic thinking
