- Demonstrate leadership skills with experience managing teams of 15-18 members.
- Strong focus on Customer Service. Ability to execute policies, processes and procedures of the organization.
- Monitor calls and ensure compliance and quality performance. Ensure full compliance with all company, departmental, legal, and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and execute innovative strategies to improve and secure business delivery.
- Actively develop the management capabilities and business acumen of direct reports, and drives the development of team members, ensuring full and well rounded team competency.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Spanish Domain including minimum 1 year of experience as Team Leader in voice process (US Collections or Customer Service).
- Minimum B2 from Certified Institution or DELE B1 in Spanish.
- Minimum B2 Certification or DELE B1 in Spanish Basic Computer knowledge including MS Office Ability to learn and adapt to new environment.
