Job Role
- Volume Hiring & Head Hunting
- Handling the full life cycle of recruitment, i.e, sourcing to salary negotiation
- Well versed with Job Portals like Naukri.com, etc.
- Cold Calling Passive Job Seekers
- Sourcing suitable profiles through various job portals
- Scheduling candidates for interviews
- Screening the sourced profiles as per requirements
- Obtain references and carry out reference checks, escalating issues as appropriate
- Extensive Head Hunting and Cold Calling Activity
- Posting jobs on various job sites and social networking sites
- Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question
- Informing candidates about the results of their interviews and sharing real-time feedback
- Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and creating a shortlist of candidates
- Follow-up/co-ordination with potential candidates
- Developing and implementing different candidate sourcing strategies
- Interacting with managers and closing the requirements
- Handling salary negotiation part
- Policies – Implementation of HR Policies of the company and provides critical support and feedback in the process
- Code of conduct implementation – To ensure each employee follows the code of conduct of the organization
Desired Skills
- Minimum 1 year experience in BPO hiring
- Preferred Qualification – MBA HR
