Job Role:

Experience working in US healthcare Billing, AR Follow-up/denial management and patient collections
Strong EOB interpretation
Assist in training of new employees, training and coaching the collectors
Take escalation calls from patients, payers & internal department
Makes outcalls for collecting “Patient responsibility”
Receives Incoming calls related to Collections department
Continually looking for improvement opportunities within the department and communicating those opportunities to management
Supports group and management efforts
Maintains productivity spreadsheets as assigned
Act as a go-to person for other collectors
Special projects as assigned
Assists with internal QA and Client calibration
Liaison between collection team and other internal department
Demonstrates successful/consistent collections meetings
Works in an efficient and cohesive group environment
Experience on Infusion billing will be an added advantage
