Job Roles
- Excellent Knowledge in Accounts Receivable and Denial Management.
- Ensure full compliance with all company, departmental, legal and regulatory requirements with regards to Accounts Receivable procedures and practices.
- Knowledge of denials and denial codes.
- Knowledge on performing mass audits using multiple reports. · Utilization of reports for performing reconciliation activities.
- Understanding of sampling to perform audits.
- Identifying trends in denials and reporting the same to Operations and follow up on changes.
- Conduct audits and Accounts Receivable review to ensure all documentation is accurate and precise.
- Reconciliation, Training and other team related activities management.
- Communicate/report out to line management and stake holders about Accounts Receivable errors, disputes and improvement areas.
- Ability to execute policies, processes and procedures of the organization.
- Good verbal, written communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to consistently execute and accomplish tasks within deadlines.
- Good multitasking skills.
- Timely reporting of audit observations.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office & Data management.
- Good feedback and coaching skills.
- Basic knowledge of Quality Tools.
- Understanding of overall RCM life cycle (EVBV, Auth, PP, Rejections, etc).
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of Accounts Receivable experience overall.
- Should have on paper QE experience for 1+ years.
- Undergraduate can also apply.
- Should have Lab specialty experience (Not Mandatory).
- Should know End to End RCM.
