Job Role

Collaborate with RCM operations and vendors to identify opportunities for cash upside, cash acceleration, and cash loss
Collaborate with the technology teams to build dashboards and automate reports
Use sophisticated statistical techniques to estimate and predict cash, front end induced errors
Enable actionable intelligence from the analysis for various teams to improve outcomes
Design modules for advanced score development and analytical tools
Train MIS team members to enable them to generate reports
Ensure reports generated by MIS team in the context of running RCM operations and care
Enhance RCM reports with clinical information to enable customers improve their practice operations
Use applications like SAS, Advance excel, SQL, R, Hadoop, Hive

Good Communication and Interpersonal skills
Strong Analytical and Problem Solving skills
Extremely organized and good time management skills
Healthcare domain expertise is a must with extensive exposure to Revenue Cycle Management
Strong SQL and Advance Excel knowledge is a must
Knowledge of SAS / R / Hadoop is desired.
