Job Roles
- Posts payments and adjustments, ensures all payments and adjustments are balanced on a daily basis.
- Handling all posting related issue coming from operation team.
- Identified un-posted deposits and post them.
- Prepare excel reports.
- Handling reconciliation process using excel formulas.
- Processing of different types of refund.
- Auditing and compiling payment transfers, adjustments, credit balances, refunds and collection accounts.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Candidate Requirements
- Knowledge of U.S. medical & telecom market.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to maintain accuracy.
- Ability to approach problems/decisions analytically.
- Hands-on experience in operating spreadsheets and accounting software.
- Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills [English].
- Team Player with exceptional co-ordination skills.
- Thorough knowledge of MS Office.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel (Advance Excel).
- Good knowledge of Macros to making automation.
- Willingness to work night shifts.
- Qualification – Graduate (BCOM) /Post-graduate (MCOM or MBA) in Commerce.
